You can do it. Those are the words that started it all. Coach Lisa B. has said it to each Tri-Babe more than once. Turns out she was right.

2008 Meet & Greet will be held on May 6th from 6-8:00p.m. in the "Eagle's Nest" Room at the Fairgrounds. We will have an Open House at Poulsbo Running on May 20th. And, we will kick off our training at the Fun Run on June 1st.
